> Our fee for an on-site staging appointment where we will discuss the above design recommendations in order to provide a space that is attractive to a potential buyer is $350 (+ gst).

> If a secondary appointment is required to assist in miscellanous detail, the fee would be $250 (+ gst).

> If purchasing and set up is required, this would be at an hourly rate of $45 / hour (+ gst). This would included sourcing, purchasing, and setting up of items suggested to stage home. Budgeted amount required in full prior to services.
